We are seeking a motivated Remote Client Engagement Consultant to assist clients throughout the travel planning and booking process. In this work-from-home role, you will help coordinate travel arrangements, conduct destination research, and ensure every reservation is handled accurately and efficiently.

• Support clients with planning and organizing personalized travel experiences

• Compare travel options and coordinate reservations
• Provide clear travel information and helpful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging tools
• Assist with booking updates, itinerary adjustments, and service inquiries
• Maintain accurate client profiles and reservation documentation
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

Qualifications
