This is not a traditional partnership role. This executive position focuses on building high-impact alliances that strengthen CareATC’s employer-sponsored health center model and support sustainable growth. The role is remote within the U.S., includes approximately 50% travel, and offers a salary range of $160,000–$200,000, based on experience and internal equity.
At CareATC, success is measured by access, engagement, and outcomes — not volume or billing. In this role, you’ll work across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Clinical teams to develop partnerships that enhance employer value and expand care delivery.

What You’ll Do:
Define and lead CareATC’s strategic partnership roadmap, identifying market segments where alliances can accelerate employer growth and market expansion
Source, structure, and negotiate complex, high-value partnership agreements aligned to CareATC’s care delivery model
Build and manage a portfolio of tier-one partners focused on long-term value and performance
Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and execute joint go-to-market efforts
Own partnership-driven growth, including employer adoption, revenue influence, and market expansion
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
5+ years in a senior or executive leadership role
Proven success closing $1M+ partnership or enterprise deals, or leading ecosystems that materially contribute to growth
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externally
Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities using financial models, performance data, and market insights
