Job Requirements
- You have a strong technical background in software engineering, with meaningful work on developer tooling, infrastructure, CI/CD, or platform engineering.
- You’re energized by making other engineers more productive: you measure your impact by how much faster and happier the team is, not just by what you ship yourself.
- You have strong opinions on how AI is changing software development and have hands-on experience using AI coding tools in your own workflow.
- You’ve built internal tools and automation focused on developer productivity, and evolved them as the organization grew and needs changed.
- You’re comfortable being in the early stages of a new function: scoping ambiguous problems, making build-vs-buy decisions, and building credibility with engineers and engineering leadership.
- You’re experienced in measuring developer productivity and willing to pivot your approach based on what the data shows.
