Job Description
• Audit and resolve retirement pension account data to ensure accurate pension benefits are paid
• Review and analyze retirement accounts to ensure data coincides with governing standards
• Coordinate reconciliation of account data by gathering missing account information via email from member employers
• Ensure received information fills gaps in data on each account
• Gradually work on 15 to 20 accounts after the initial training period
Job Requirements
- One year of experience researching or reconciling accounts AND explaining rules, programs or procedures
- One year of calculating payment amounts AND explaining rules, programs, or procedures
- 12 quarter (8 semester) college level credit hours in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Ability to read and follow procedures completely and accurately
- Ability to engage with co-workers and to collaboratively resolve problems
- Ability to interpret policy and how it applies to the account data being reviewed
- Ability to professionally communicate via email and Microsoft Teams on a daily basis
- Ability to independently organize and track the progress of 15 to 20 work items
- Ability to support a positive and professional working environment
