- Support strategic focuses in fault detection, machine learning, and energy monitoring
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that minimize human intervention in chiller servicing
- Lead cross-functional teams without direct supervision to drive the completion of digitalization programs
- Coordinate and execute test programs to validate potential methods of reducing human intervention for servicing chillers
- Analyze, design, modify, and troubleshoot mechanical sub-components and systems based on test data
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience with program management for a product
- Experience in research environments and product development processes
- Familiarity with digital technologies such as Connected Chillers, digital twins, AI, and machine learning
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to global air- and water-cooled chiller portfolios
