Role Description

This role involves monitoring and managing payment traffic in a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor real-time payment traffic in shift mode (24/7), handling emergency alerts
  • Reroute traffic fast and accurately according to instructions and the current state of payment providers
  • Control the quality of cashier setup across regions
  • Escalate drops and anomalies on processing traffic to payment providers and respective internal teams to solve the issue
  • Document changes on the payment provider's side and internal distribution (cashier, including buttons order, providers distribution, on/off, payment flows, etc.)
  • Deep into the current payment flows, methods, existing monitoring, providers' prioritization, etc.
  • Announce critical changes in payment flow, closed shift report

Qualifications

  • Experience at the same position or in Fintech/PSP (or candidates without experience but with a desire to learn quickly)
  • English at an Intermediate level
  • Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user
  • Understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows
  • Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners
  • Understanding of payment and transactional systems and services
  • Experience in working with Grafana and Tableau is a plus
