Job Description
Role Description
CGI is looking for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expert with deep wealth management experience to play a high-impact role in transforming advisory and investment platforms for leading financial institutions. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology—partnering with senior stakeholders to shape client lifecycle processes, optimize business workflows, and translate complex requirements into scalable FSC solutions.
If you enjoy owning requirements end-to-end, writing clear user stories (Gherkin preferred), challenging assumptions, and driving consensus in fast-paced environments, this role offers both autonomy and influence.
This role can be worked remotely anywhere in the United States.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead business process analysis and optimization across wealth management workflows
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations and enhancements
- Translate business needs into clear BRDs, functional specifications, user stories (Gherkin preferred), use cases, and process flows
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions including interviews, workshops, and working sessions with diverse stakeholder groups
- Configure and support Salesforce FSC features including flows, dashboards, reports, role-based security, and data mapping
- Interpret and apply FSC data models (households, financial accounts, relationships, client profiles) to business use cases
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure requirements are actionable, testable, and aligned with solution design
- Support client lifecycle processes including onboarding, suitability, portfolio construction, reporting, and servicing
- Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations (KYC, fiduciary obligations, suitability) are incorporated into requirements
- Operate independently, quickly ramping up and delivering value with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) in wealth management, investment advisory, or private banking environments
- Solid background in wealth management or investment management operations
- Working knowledge of investment products: equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives, managed portfolios
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation (BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process diagrams)
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable deliverables for technology teams
- Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC data model and core platform capabilities
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
- Ability to challenge assumptions, manage competing priorities, and drive consensus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Requirements
- Experience writing user stories in Gherkin format
- Experience supporting FSC integrations with downstream systems
- Exposure to data migration and data mapping initiatives
- Familiarity with reporting and performance analytics in wealth platforms
- Prior consulting experience or contract-based delivery experience
- Salesforce certifications (FSC, Business Analyst, Administrator, or related)
- Experience working with large enterprise financial institutions
Benefits
- Competitive compensation including profit participation program
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance
- Matching contributions through 401(k) plan, and CGI share purchase plan
- Flexibility and paid accrued vacation leave, ranging from 10 to 20 days per year, based on job level, years of relevant prior experience, and years of service
- 10 paid holidays per year
- At least 80 consecutive hours of paid sick/safe leave (except where applicable state/local law requires more)
- Paid parental leave, ranging from 20 to 70 consecutive business days based on circumstances of leave and applicable laws
- Bereavement leave, ranging from 1 to 7 days per year based on relationship
- Paid jury duty leave, up to time summoned
- Learning opportunities and tuition assistance
- Wellness and Well-being programs
