Role Description

This role involves making business travel seamless, efficient, and stress-free for our team.

  • Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and travel insurance
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences and external events (tickets, accommodation, schedules, materials)
  • Coordinate travel logistics across multiple destinations and time zones
  • Optimize travel routes and company travel budgets
  • Track travel expenses, documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Act as the main point of contact for all travel-related questions and urgent changes
  • Work with logistics providers and transport companies

Qualifications

  • Experience in business travel coordination, travel management, or related role
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple trips and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to changes
  • Clear and friendly communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)

Requirements

  • Experience with visa support (personal or corporate)
  • Experience managing relocations
  • Experience working in a startup or IT company
  • Experience with international travel, conferences, or large-scale events
  • Knowledge of travel booking tools and expense tracking systems
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
