Role Description
The UTEX Specialist I assists clients with inquiries in a compassionate, timely, and professional manner. These individuals facilitate the approval of caregiver time shift information for timely payment and billing. In addition, they meet customer service objectives to ensure positive business growth and development. The UTEX Specialist I supports day-to-day operations and client advocacy and promotes cohesiveness in the office environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication

- Demonstrate dependability
- Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Exhibit computer efficiency
- Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate work flow
- Participate in professional development and training activities
- Prioritize and multitask effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Complete UTEX queues within the established deadlines
- Complete CRM tasks within the established deadlines
- Bilingual preferred
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- No previous experience needed
- Be able to successfully pass a background screening
- Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
