About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Remote Vacation Coordinator to assist individuals and families with planning seamless travel experiences from start to finish. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, timelines, and budgets, then research and coordinate travel arrangements that align with their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
As a Remote Vacation Coordinator, you will guide clients through destination options, accommodation selections, transportation logistics, and activity recommendations. You will remain a consistent point of contact throughout the planning process, ensuring all confirmations are accurate and that clients feel informed and supported before departure. This role involves using booking platforms, supplier systems, and travel research tools to secure reservations and verify details. You will also assist with itinerary organization and provide clear documentation so travelers have everything they need for a smooth experience.
