This means: • Shaping our infrastructure roadmap — developing a clear vision for where our infra needs to go and driving progress toward it • Building security and operational foundations — laying the groundwork for sustainable growth • Improving reliability — reducing MTTR, establishing SLOs, bringing rigor to how we manage outages • Empowering product teams — you'll build the platforms and tools that let them own their systems end-to-end
