This role involves enhancing the pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and contributing significantly to the brand's market reach and impact.

  • Own the SQL number; define SQL criteria with Sales and report progress clearly.
  • Build and run experiments across various channels including paid, SEO, and email.
  • Manage paid acquisition efforts in platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and optimize WordPress landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Conduct SEO audits and create content that targets potential customer inquiries.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads to qualified conversions.
  • Maintain analytics tracking and develop dashboards to understand performance.
  • Model budget forecasts and reallocate resources toward effective strategies.
  • Document processes and share insights to elevate team performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting cost-per-SQL and pipeline goals.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4.
