Role Description
We are seeking a Key Account Manager for our Datacenter division. The Key Account Manager has responsibility for sales to the list of target accounts within the area market, while mining new opportunities. The individual is the primary contact on the accounts and responsible for complete customer satisfaction; building and maintaining positive relationships.

Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute regional account strategies aligned with the global account plan.
- Collaborate closely with Global Account Managers and fellow KAMs to ensure a unified approach while addressing regional market dynamics.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary regional contact for the customer, managing day-to-day interactions.
- Lead proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Forecasting & Planning
- Deliver accurate quarterly and annual forecasts and account plans.
- Lead 30-60-90 day forecasting for the assigned region.
- Support demand creation and integrated business planning activities.
- Maintain and update regional demand data in the CRM system.

Consultative Selling & Opportunity Development
- Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover current and future connectivity needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new or expanded business.
- Engage cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, to support customer initiatives.

Contract & Quote Management
- Understand and manage service contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review and approve project cost estimates.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Project Management to develop and present quotes.
