Role Description

This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades/construction professionals for select high-profile clients.

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting skilled trades/construction roles (not considering those with light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, etc. backgrounds)
• Strong sourcing skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly

Requirements

• Must reside within the PST or MST time zone
• 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
