Role Description
This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades/construction professionals for select high-profile clients.
- Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years recruiting skilled trades/construction roles (not considering those with light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, etc. backgrounds)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
Requirements
- Must reside within the PST or MST time zone
- 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
