Role Description

This role involves collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of digital platforms. Your contributions will help improve user experiences and streamline operations across the company's digital ecosystem.

  • Support ongoing implementation and enhancement of enterprise digital platforms and capabilities.
  • Assist in configuring workflows and user permissions.
  • Analyze end-to-end digital workflows for content and transactional processes.
  • Gather user insights and synthesize feedback for improvement.
  • Support implementation initiatives and track related milestones.
  • Develop use cases and document acceptance criteria with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product support or business analysis.
  • Experience with digital platforms such as CMS, eCommerce, and ERP integrations.
  • Understanding of workflow design and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Proficiency in documentation and organization.
  • Ability to interpret workflow data and user feedback.
  • Eagerness to grow into broader product responsibilities.
