In this role, you will meet virtually with individuals who have requested information—guiding them through their choices with clarity, respect, and professionalism. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting.

- Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
- Clearly explain available supplemental benefit options
- Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing follow-up support
- Maintain accurate documentation using cloud-based systems
- Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
