As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM).

- Involved in technical validation to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the established architecture and standards

- Experience with ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM) is essential
