Position Summary

Rhodeway Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Engineer Administrator to support our technology and infrastructure environment. This role combines system administration, technical coordination, and operational support to ensure that internal systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient. The Engineer Administrator will work closely with technical teams and other departments to maintain system performance and assist with infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor internal systems, servers, and administrative tools.
Assist engineering and IT teams with system configuration, updates, and maintenance.
Support user access management and system permissions.
Track and document system processes, updates, and technical procedures.
Assist with troubleshooting system and platform issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to support technology projects and deployments.
Maintain records of technical assets and system resources.
Ensure systems meet company security and compliance standards.
Provide support for internal platforms used by operational and finance teams.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in system administration, IT support, or engineering support roles.
Knowledge of operating systems, system management, and network basics.
Experience with documentation, system monitoring, and administrative tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in financial services or technology-driven organizations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms or remote infrastructure environments.
Understanding of security best practices and data protection standards.
Experience supporting remote teams and distributed systems.
