Role Description
This role supports a Processing Manager and the Processing team by keeping calendars, communication, training coordination, and reporting organized and running smoothly. You’ll help create structure and flow within the department through consistent tracking, clear announcements, and strong follow-through.
- Organize emails
- Coordinate meetings and trainings
- Track training and communication activity
- Create reports to support compliance tracking for processors
- Help draft and send announcements and materials to the Processing team
- Support the Processing Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help build organization and workflow within the department
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-through
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Mortgage experience and/or Encompass exposure is a plus
Requirements
- Remote work model: Fully Remote (equipment provided)
- Pacific Time zone hours
- Compensation: $20–$24 per hour (overtime eligible)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Core hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
