Role Description

This role involves supporting a Defense Agencies Initiative program by providing invaluable analytical and documentation support.

• Ensure adherence to critical governance, compliance, and financial management standards
• Maintain high-quality documentation and manage program data
• Facilitate transparency and compliance across various portfolios

Accountabilities

• Support Documentation and Deliverable Management
• Collect, organize, and maintain documentation for user manuals, training materials, and reports
• Edit and format system specifications and executive-level documentation
• Maintain and update internal documentation libraries as per management procedures
• Track action items and deliverables to ensure timely submission
• Assist in preparing Monthly Status Reports and related artifacts
• Provide financial and administrative support by organizing financial data
• Support acquisition documentation and compliance tracking
• Maintain organized structures for records management

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional certification
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple employees
