Job Description
Role Description
This role involves supporting the Sales team by developing foundational sales administrative skills, gaining exposure to technical solutions, and learning operational support functions.
- Provide hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Gain insight into products and services offered, including power generation, temperature control, and electrical distribution
- Participate in an extensive onboarding program
- Be assigned to a Sales mentor from the local Sales Team
- Engage in cold calling, prospecting, account management, and presentation development
- Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders using Salesforce
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at event companies, production companies, and tent companies
- Learn to effectively communicate Aggreko’s value proposition and promote temporary event solutions
- Participate in customer account planning sessions and internal sales meetings
- Work to actively close both warm and cold leads with goals to set customer appointments with an Outside Sales Representative
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, or technical services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Willingness to travel
