Title: Client Success Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time - Exempt
Position Overview:
FEDlogic is seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Success Manager; you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships. You'll serve as a liaison between our company and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach. Reporting directly to a Senior Client Success and Development Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining FEDlogic's reputation for unparalleled service while working to enhance client retention and engagement. Key performance indicators will include, but shall not be limited to, the following: (1) Client engagement; (2) Client satisfaction; and (3) Client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering comprehensive support to the client, with no initially assigned clients, while serving as a key point of contact.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate internally to develop strategies for increased engagement with Client's employees.
- Communicate with clients regularly through various channels, including meetings and reports.
- Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved proactively.
- Forecast intervention needs by utilizing data and reporting.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication, business acumen, platform, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience speaking in front of groups of people and leading virtual calls.
- Ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support client satisfaction and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in benefits consulting, case management, healthcare or advocacy
- Familiarity with employer group health plans.
- Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce and Tableau.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Travel:
- Up to 25% travel per year for client meetings and engagements, both local and occasional out-of-town.
