Role Description

This role involves supporting a Defense Agencies Initiative program by providing invaluable analytical and documentation support.

• Ensure adherence to critical governance, compliance, and financial management standards.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and manage program data to facilitate transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities

• Support Documentation and Deliverable Management.
• Collect, organize, and maintain documentation for user manuals, training materials, and reports.
• Edit and format system specifications and executive-level documentation.
• Maintain and update internal documentation libraries as per management procedures.
• Track action items and deliverables to ensure timely submission.
• Assist in preparing Monthly Status Reports and related artifacts.
• Provide financial and administrative support by organizing financial data.
• Support acquisition documentation and compliance tracking.
• Maintain organized structures for records management.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple employees.
