The ideal candidate will possess strong self-starter qualities and a passion for growth, as they will help craft a brand narrative and establish effective content strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build and evolve the content journey in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and insight generation.
- Create compelling content across all stages of the buyer journey—from top-of-funnel education to bottom-of-funnel decision support
- Produce high-impact assets including ebooks, reports, guides, whitepapers, checklists, cheat sheets, calculators, case studies, videos, blogs, and industry insights
- Partner with demand gen to tailor content for integrated campaigns, ABM programs, paid channels, and nurture flows
- Translate complex identity and authentication concepts into clear, digestible content
- Work closely with product marketing, developer relations, and SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation
- Own website SEO strategy, conduct keyword research, and incorporate SEO best practices
- Maintain a strategic editorial calendar aligned to ICPs, verticals, and campaign needs
- Manage workflows with designers, writers, contractors, and SMEs as needed
- Develop reporting and dashboards for content attribution and performance
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of content marketing experience in a B2B software environment
- Proven ability to create high-quality content and translate technical concepts for various personas
- Comfortable working hands-on with AI tools for content generation
- Creative with a passion for storytelling
- Excellent writing, editing, and structural organization skills
- Experience mapping content to the funnel and driving measurable impact
- Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with SEO, keyword strategy, and content performance analytics
