Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years as a Client Service Associate, OR high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 10+ years as a Client Service Associate (in lieu of a degree)
- 1+ years working with Schwab Advisor Center (or comparable custodian)
- Experience maintaining client information in a CRM
- Very clear communicator (verbal and written)
- Very strong client orientation with exceptional attention to detail
- Well organized and respectful of client service standards (deadlines)
- Willing to learn and comfortable saying “I don’t know” or “I need help”
- Consistently demonstrate core values (Service, Curiosity, Transparency, Humility, & Tenacity)
