Job Description

• Developing value based solutions and relationships with key decision makers • Partnering with ASD & RMs to develop IDN growth strategies • Working collaboratively in the matrix and developing appropriate communication cadence • Creating and executing consistent quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Contributing to the RFP/RFI proposal strategy • Understanding Baxter policies for issue resolution • Attending conferences and translating customer learnings

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of progressive healthcare sales and contracting experience
Proven success in leading multi-year complex sales and contract negotiation processes
Knowledge of business drivers, clinical applications, and value proposition for Baxter products
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
Excellent customer orientation and relationship development skills
Executive presence, negotiation skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication ability
Strong project and sales leadership skills
Proven financial and strategic competence
At least 50% travel required
