This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Corporate Counsel Attorney (eDiscovery) for John Deere working remotely, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing legal advice and counsel related to eDiscovery (including data identification, preservation, collection and review) and evidence preservation
- Managing eDiscovery workflows, including managing large data review projects
- Providing legal advice on discovery, data management, and cross-border data transfers in litigation
- Drive end-to-end execution of GLSRA strategic projects, manage timelines, track milestones and ensure delivery as planne

What Skills You Need
- 3+ years of experience managing litigation, including responding to written discovery
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and influencing without authority skills
- Passion for harnessing new technology
What Makes You Standout
- Experience managing eDiscovery workflows
- Experience using Relativity, Purview, Exterro or OnIt
- Experience managing discovery disputes
- Experience with complex eDiscovery issues and processes
- Experience managing litigation in-house; Legal Operations experience; Project Management experience
Education
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Licensed to practice in the US state and ability to become licensed in Illinois
