Job Description

• Sourcing, developing, and closing candidates interested in opening a Mac Tools Franchise • Executing advanced recruiting strategies, managing candidate pipelines • Building relationships with existing Mac Tools distributors and franchise owners • Coaching and assisting assigned District Managers and Region Managers / developing stronger cross functional franchise sales teams • Using Salesforce.com to manage all franchise lead activity • Travelling 30% each month to Southern California, Las Vegas, NV, Arizona and New Mexico market • Working with Mac Tools leadership to align franchise candidate selections with business objectives • Identifying and planning recruiting focus areas within the assigned territory • Contacting and managing all franchise candidate leads from multiple lead generation activities • Developing relationships with candidates to ensure a high level of candidate experience • Contributing to candidate experience by sharing recruiting “best practices” with Recruiting team • Networking extensively in the marketplace to source candidates for open areas • Developing and managing candidate lead reporting metrics, reports, and pipelines

Job Requirements

  • Ability to accurately and completely communicate the value of a Mac Tools Franchise
  • Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce software and analytics to manage leads
  • Clear ability to communicate with passion, enthusiasm and integrity
  • Strong Interview, Selling, and Closing Skills
  • Ability to coordinate closely with other team members to ensure a successful franchise start
  • A proven track record of starting and sourcing successful candidates
  • Expert in developing reporting tools to streamline day to day work
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability to provide quick solutions
  • Effective at performing detail oriented tasks
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects at one time
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others
  • Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling more than 20 pounds occasionally
  • Must live in the district they support: Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico
