Job Description

• Lead environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory strategy for the New York project • Oversee acquisition, modification, and maintenance of environmental permits and represent Micron with New York State and local agencies • Integrate environmental requirements into project planning and execution across Facilities, Construction, Engineering, and Project Management • Identify and mitigate environmental and schedule risks tied to permitting, approvals, and compliance • Lead development and implementation of environmental management systems, including ISO 14001

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
5 years directing environmental compliance programs
Demonstrated team leadership experience
Experience supporting large‑scale construction projects in New York, including permitting, agency coordination, and compliance oversight
Strong data analysis, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
