Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 5 years of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field experience OR Master’s degree and 9 years of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 11 years of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field experience
- At least 5 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP IBP and/or Anaplan systems
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or 10+ years in Supply Chain Management or Technology Management
- Domain expertise in Plan to Stock processes, analytics platforms, PLM and artwork/labeling management platforms, and supply and demand planning tools
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML-driven optimization or IoT-enabled inventory visibility solutions
- Familiarity with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules and integration patterns
- Formal certifications in PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or relevant supply chain/technology disciplines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership and build trusted partnerships across the enterprise
- Extensive project management experience leading enterprise-scale technology implementations
- Demonstrated expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar Agile-at-scale methodologies.
