The Field Service Engineer will support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, and networking products.

The Field Operations Manager supports clients through direct engagement at service sites, addressing daily challenges and identifying operational improvements by observing service delivery from customer and vendor perspectives. This role involves representing Company on safety matters, providing administrative support for in-person needs like code inspections, and ensuring high-priority issues are resolved locally.

The technician will conduct scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts while working collaboratively with a support team including dispatchers and supervisors. They will be equipped with a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The Regional Service Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial service technicians across a U.S. district, focusing on engagement, performance, and compliance with safety standards. This role also involves overseeing regional operations, including dispatch, scheduling maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiencies to exceed client expectations.
