About the job:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Program Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for the Global Partner Lifecycle program, encompassing Recruiting, Onboarding, Activation, Enablement, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Partner Success. This role will sit within the Partner Engagement Experience organization and will play a critical role in enhancing the overall partner journey.
This role can be hired in the US, Latam or EMEA regions.
What you will do:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to create a seamless partner experience.
Operationalization: Develop actionable plans to operationalize the strategy, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones for each stage of the partner journey.
Execution & Management: Oversee the implementation of initiatives related to recruiting, onboarding, activation, enablement, and ongoing partner success, ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner programs, and continuously assess performance against these metrics.
Feedback Loop: Create and maintain mechanisms for gathering feedback from partners and internal stakeholders, using insights to drive continuous improvement of the partner experience.
Training & Enablement: Develop content and collaborate with the enablement team to implement training programs to ensure internal teams and partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools for success.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of strategies, processes, and results, providing regular reports to leadership on program status and impact.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
3 - 5 years of experience in program management, partner management, or related fields, with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies across multiple areas of the partner lifecycle.
Experience and knowledge across multiple partner profiles and engagement motions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and levels.
Experience in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on agile practices preferred.
A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
