Job Description

• Lead daily coordination and execution for key health plan and channel partner relationships • Manage the sales process to support top of funnel growth opportunities • Identify and source employer deals within partner frameworks • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of partner-facing resources • Work with sales, health plan growth, implementation, client success, marketing, and product teams • Monitor and report on partner-driven revenue, engagement, and member outcomes • Assist with all aspects of the partner lifecycle

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience working with self-insured employers, payers, and TPA’s
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales, building trust-based relationships with complex stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify and drive new revenue opportunities across product lines
  • Experience managing a book of business
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills
  • Proven experience partnering with leadership to develop and executive growth strategies
