• Lead client implementations of the Salesforce platform. • Utilize Salesforce expertise to streamline business processes and ensure optimal customer experience. • Integrate Salesforce with various custom applications, databases, ERP, and CRM systems. • Manage a portfolio of client projects from start to finish, including project timeline, client communications, meeting coordination, training plan creation, end-user training delivery/coordination, and project sign-off. • Comfortable working in a consulting/client-facing environment. • Lead Technical Requirements and business analysis gathering sessions. • Collaborate to provide documentation around design, customizations, integration, data migration, and testing. • Act as the Technical Architect to deliver well-architected and secure solutions leveraging SFDC and SFDX platforms. • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements. • Oversee data quality, integrity, and security within the Salesforce platform. • Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce. • Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings to ensure data security and access controls are maintained. • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.
