Job Description
• Partner with Senior Facilities Manager and Account Lead to execute strategic goals, innovative cost-reduction programs, and productivity initiatives that drive measurable results
• Lead and manage building technicians, vendors, and contractors to deliver exceptional service levels within budget while ensuring compliance with all client and JLL policies
• Develop and oversee capital and expense budgets, prepare detailed operating reports, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses in close collaboration with client representatives
• Complete all facilities reporting requirements accurately and on time, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that meet client-specific record-keeping standards
• Serve as the seamless interface between client real estate organizations and facilities teams, ensuring satisfaction through responsive leadership and creative problem-solving
• Recommend strategic capital improvements and assist in developing annual management plans that enhance building performance and tenant experience
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators outlined in client Performance Agreements while sharing innovative best practices across JLL Facilities Management
• Oversee comprehensive service delivery of all contracted services, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of facilities management experience in corporate, third-party service provider, or consulting environments
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with ability to effectively lead teams and drive results
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client interface and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computer-based facilities management systems
- Experience with CMMS systems
- A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent work experience with management/technical emphasis
