Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with deep experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining foundational platform services (identity/auth, APIs, SDKs, notification systems, or similar)
- Track record of shipping API-first products in a B2B SaaS or multi-tenant environment
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems (OAuth, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, API key management)
- Familiarity with embeddable/white-label component systems and developer experience optimization
- Experience working in regulated industries (fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure) is a strong plus
- Understanding of tokenization, data security, and PCI compliance concepts
- Ability to partner deeply with engineering on API design, data models, and system architecture
- Understanding of cloud identity services (AWS Cognito, Auth0, or similar) and their tradeoffs
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with messaging compliance (10DLC, carrier regulations) and communication channel management

The Senior Product Manager will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for core payments and sponsorship platforms, leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity identification through launch and optimization. This role involves partnering closely with risk, compliance, operations, and engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant payment solutions.
The Principal Product Manager will define and drive a multi-year product vision and strategy for Yelp Assistant, positioning it as the leading conversational AI for local search and transactions. This role involves leading large cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, end-to-end experiences at scale by translating ambiguous needs into prioritized product bets.
