• Enforce the use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA and company safety regulations. • Reinforce that team members on the project site are in compliance with the safety requirements of the company. • Ensure that appropriate safety records are maintained. • Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat, safe and orderly fashion. • Investigate cause of an incident and complete reports as required. • Assist Site Manager in administrative counseling to team members and subcontractors who are in non-compliance with safety requirements. • Hold safety meetings/jobsite review as part of coordination meetings. • Responsible for conducting daily safety meetings. • Responsible for conducting orientation and jobsite specific training. • Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site. • Other duties may be assigned.
