Job Requirements
- US Citizenship Required
- 3+ years of related experience in Testing / Quality Assurance
- 4 years of General Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related field
- Experience in Requirements gathering, creating workflows, analyzing processes, creating use cases, and translating requirements into actionable solutions
- Experience in creating tech specs, functional specs, or user manuals
- Skills in Software project management and managing cross-functional team deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with JIRA and SQL is a huge plus
