Job Description
• Define and implement a comprehensive QE roadmap
• Scale and harden testing framework into automated testing suite
• Build performance and load-testing capabilities
• Evaluate and implement modern quality tools
• Identify and re-engineer CI/CD pipeline bottlenecks
• Upskill team for automated validation and performance engineering
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in Quality Engineering
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with performance/stress testing protocols
- Expert-level understanding of modern test automation pipelines, tools and frameworks in cloud-native SaaS environments
- Ability to leverage LLMs and AI for quality
- Translate technical quality metrics into business risk and product confidence
