Job Description

• Train, mentor, and inspire a team of RCMs to meet and exceed client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution. • Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities and guide your team in identifying best practices and in-store selling opportunities. • Conduct regular audits and deliver actionable feedback to ensure high-quality execution. Build strong relationships with retail partners through consistent communication. • Partner with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives and communicate effectively across teams. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems. Train associates using Acosta University and other tools to enhance in-store performance. • Develop impactful selling materials for retail meetings and conduct bi-quarterly evaluations to support team development. • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, including meeting physical requirements and maintaining a valid driver’s license for travel.

  • Expertise in retail systems and tools to drive efficiency and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to various audiences and responding to questions with confidence.
