Job Description

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospect, qualify, and develop new direct business opportunities • Meet or exceed monthly targets for prospective customer site visits and new opportunity creation • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete data entry in the CRM, including account activity, contacts, and opportunities pipeline updates. • Deliver guided product demonstration experiences for existing and prospective customers to support solution selling and drive new business • Regularly provide management with accurate reports • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals • Collaborate with Regional Manager, WC Team and Channel Managers to strategize and cultivate the territory • Follow all related procedures & policies • Attend periodic industry trade shows which usually require travel

Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent plus additional training or education such as an associate degree with combination of experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field preferred
2+ years of sales experience as a proven producer preferred
Sales forecasting and reporting capability required
Working knowledge of the commercial fitness industry; dues paying facilities or vertical market required
2 years or more of target account related or commercial fitness equipment sales preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer required
Software experience with CRM (SFDC), Auto Sketch, EC Design or similar preferred
Driver’s license required, with acceptable motor vehicle record for extensive domestic travel for customer site visits, trade shows, sales meetings, etc.
