• Design information graphics and conceptual communications that clearly convey complex ideas.
• Produce and maintain business process and project documentation using established standards.
• Capture and validate data needed for modeling, simulation, and process analysis.
• Provide business and technical writing support across division projects.
• Create documentation used by partners such as training, IT, and HR to support end‑user training, requirements, and organizational design.

• Demonstrated experience with desktop publishing, graphic design, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
• 4 years of experience within an Insurance Services Group or similar operational environment.
• Experience supporting business process analysis, modeling, or simulation.
• Familiarity with documentation standards and conventions used in process improvement and project environments.

• Adaptability — Sees possibilities in changing circumstances, adjusts quickly to shifting priorities, and adapts communication and documentation approaches as needed.
• Collaboration — Works effectively with partners across business units, seeks input, and builds shared understanding through clear communication.
• Attention to Detail — Ensures accuracy and completeness in documentation, data capture, and visual communication.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
