Job Description
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a diverse portfolio of financial systems and processes
• Identify opportunities, develop compelling business cases, and define clear goals for initiatives
• Champion the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions for financial processes
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Merchandising, Technology, Strategy and Business Operations
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive successful execution
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in financial consulting, accounting, finance, or similar roles
- Functional expertise in Financial and ERP processes and Retail and Supply Chain applications
- Strong understanding of core finance processes, including accounting practices, monthly close, financial reporting and forecasting, Merchandise Planning, and SOX controls
- Passionate about automating business processes, innovating with AI solutions & integrating financial systems with broader enterprise applications
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Strategic and data-driven thinker
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT/computer science or a related field, MBA preferred
