• Lead requirements analysis by collaborating with client stakeholders, leading workshops to understand their business needs, identifying and documenting requirements, and collaborating with solution developers to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions • Develop detailed technical solution documentation in support of client business objectives, including process flowcharts, diagrams, user guides, etc. • Participate in and/or lead technical design sessions with solution developers • Create, update, configure, and maintain business applications with our low code application platform • Ensure all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines • Stay informed of new technologies and be aware of new platform capabilities, industry standards, and best practices • Conduct working sessions with clients to facilitate feedback; resolve technical issues during client review and testing • Lead end user and administrator training sessions • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, providing guidance to end users and resolving reported issues • Troubleshoot and debug system errors and implement solutions to resolve them • Ability to travel domestically as needed up to 10%
