• Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing project charters, planning activities, and tracking milestones to closure • Provide operational and network support to private customer and vendor-hosted environments • Deliver management-level visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and information to ensure transparency • Develop and refine processes, program templates, and documentation to scale the organization • Coordinate cross-functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
