Job Description
Job Requirements
- 9+ years of project management leadership within a consulting or technology services organization (higher education preferred but not strictly required).
- Proven experience building or maturing a PMO, including governance frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards.
- Strong background in managing complex ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Project Managers and Engagement Managers across complex portfolios.
- Experience with portfolio level reporting, KPI development, and operational performance measurement.
- Familiarity with midsized consulting business dynamics and change management.
- Experience working in a Private Equity–backed environment is a plus.

The Senior Project Manager will strengthen the quality and smooth running of important projects by leading medium-sized teams, overseeing staff, and ensuring quality and timely task completion. The Senior Project Scheduler will apply technical skills to develop and maintain project schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects, interfacing directly with project management, engineering, and construction teams. Key tasks include performing critical path analysis, supporting schedule contingency management, providing regular project updates, and interfacing with cost analysts to develop time-phased cost forecasts.
The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation delivery for assigned warehouse sites, managing project planning, execution governance, and cross-functional coordination for the Manhattan Active WMS/OMS deployment program. This involves ensuring all functional workstreams are aligned, managing risks, coordinating testing and cutover activities, and supporting post-go-live stabilization.
Responsibilities include attending pre-bid meetings, reviewing specifications, and preparing project takeoffs, submittals, and proposals for industrial electrical projects, including new construction and retrofit upgrades. The estimator must also request quotes from vendors and draft scope inclusions and exclusions for estimates.
