  • Own the technical SEO strategy and execution for top-priority clients.
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits and identify systemic issues.
  • Develop scalable SEO solutions and partner with developers for implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, uncover growth opportunities, and implement optimizations.
  • Consult closely with other SEO team members and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, digital communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 4–6 years of experience in SEO, preferably with some exposure to client interface, reporting, and technical SEO
  • Working understanding of SEO fundamentals, including crawling, indexing, site structure, and page performance
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
  • Basic familiarity with content management systems and how they affect SEO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns or issues
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (JavaScript familiarity is a plus, not required)
  • Ability to manage tasks, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • A willingness to learn, take direction, and progressively expand technical SEO capabilities

Requirements

  • Support on-page and technical SEO initiatives across our internal ecommerce CMS platform
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify issues related to crawling, indexing, metadata, and site performance
  • Gather and analyze data, create performance reports, and provide clear recommendations to improve technical SEO health
  • Collaborate with developers, content teams, and account managers to implement SEO best practices across customer sites
  • Monitor key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and enterprise crawling software
  • Maintain safeguards and monitoring for site structure issues that may impact organic visibility or user experience
  • Contribute to ongoing platform tasks such as sitemap review, URL structure validation, and metadata auditing
  • Stay up-to-date on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to support continuous improvement
  • Document findings, track issues, and support project execution across multiple customer accounts and internal initiatives
  • Develop clear, data-driven performance reports that highlight technical findings, trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Present SEO insights, recommendations, and progress updates to Tier 1 clients during recurring meetings
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible and actionable for non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with account managers to prepare client-ready deliverables, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap updates
  • Maintain strong client communication by proactively identifying risks, performance changes, and optimization opportunities

Benefits

  • RevolutionParts fully manages and covers all approved travel-related expenses, including airfare, lodging, and meals
