• Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program travel. • Compile and contribute to Weekly Status Meeting Minutes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Monthly Financial Reports. • Provide project support to federal leadership/project managers and the GDIT team to ensure that contracts are well organized and running smoothly, including coordinating information and deadlines across projects, managing document repositories, assisting in developing project artifacts, and being a trusted resource to the GDIT team. • Provide program support within multiple Information technology systems. • Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirement. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications. • Extract or compile data from supporting management systems to provide managers with summaries or reports. • Provide detailed orientated reconciliation of program travel invoicing, backups, and client invoicing. • Work closely with program finance, events, task order managers, and subcontractor representatives to ensure program travel requirements and compliance are within scope.
