Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
- Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Support clients in accessing community resources and services
- Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active and unrestricted license as an LPC or LICSW in the state of [Insert State]
- Minimum [1–3] years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic techniques
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, or underserved communities
- Certification or training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based practices
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
