Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative role
- Strong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining external-facing reports or dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar BI tools)
- Comfort with statistical concepts - hypothesis testing, regression, segmentation - and knowing when rigor matters vs. when directional is enough
- Ability to work autonomously - you can be a genuine member of two teams at the same time, own the bidirectional relationship, and drive toward answers without close direction
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment where reporting requirements evolve as partnerships scale
